GRIND YOGA CLASS

JOIN US EVERY SATURDAY @9:30AM AT THE GRIND ​

Come join us for a traditional style of yoga. Practiced at a slower pace, focusing on breath, mind, and body connection. Allowing time to adjust in the poses to gain body awareness and optimal alignment while steadying the mind. $8/Grind members, $10/non-members.

Great for all levels!
